Happsa Group was formed in 2015 by Harry, Angelo and Paul Property Services Australia (HAPPSA) to offer the market a sustainable and holistic service solution in cleaning, maintenance and security. Our management team has over 70 years combined Industry experience having managed key commercial, educational, retail, government, industrial and multi-site contracts.
We are a 100% privately-owned Australian company and pride ourselves in delivering cost-efficient solutions.
We have grown organically from a single commercial contract in Melbourne to a multi-faceted organisation, now servicing national cleaning contracts with over 2,500,000 square metres in high people-traffic environments including retail outlets and managing multi-site contracts.
We specialise in commercial high-rise properties, retail shopping centres, manufacturing and logistics, education campuses, business parks, aged care facilities and areas serving the general public with high profile clients in Australia.
