Ankita is Happsa’s January People Excellence Award recipient.
Having worked with Happsa for over five years, Ankita has cemented her place in the team as a someone who is reliable, consistent and has a solid work ethic.
She has been described her manager, George as an asset to Happsa as she continually excels in all aspects of her day-to-day work.
“Ankita is a someone who takes great pride and initiative in her work. She has impeccable attention to detail as well as the ability to form a close working relationship with our client and fellow co-workers on site,” said George.
Ankita is originally from India and has lived in Australia for 14 years.
As a day cleaner, she is responsible for cleaning at a Melbourne CBD building, dealing with work orders and ensuring the building is ready for use by patrons and visitors.
Ankita says she has developed confidence in her field and respect from her peers and coworkers.
“I feel satisfied when I hear good feedback for our building and team.”
