Terry has been highlighted for the Happsa People Excellence Award for November. A new cleaner at Happsa, he has been instrumental in a recent smooth transition into a retail contract.
Happsa Client Relationship Manager Jim said that Terry made a key contribution in training new staff to the site and ensuring they understood the cleaning needs and client expectations.
“Terry has made suggestions for us to implement onsite to make for better work practices. The work he does is outstanding, and he always goes above and beyond.”
“He ensures all his deadlines are met whilst helping others. There are a lot of different elements to cleaning at the shopping centre and he works out and very reliable, passionate and hard working,” Jim said.
Terry has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and is a key operator of capital equipment onsite such as Carpark sweepers and scrubbers.
