Congratulations to Happsa’s March People Excellence Award recipient, Marie.
Marie was selected for her outstanding dedication to her role as a Site Supervisor at one of Happsa’s retail assets on the Mornington Peninsula.
Marie’s work ethic along with her resilience, dedication and sense of pride have been noted by Happsa’s National Operations Manager Jason Savage.
“Staff like Marie are very rare. She is a great asset to the Happsa family and is greatly appreciated for her work.”
“She takes a holistic approach and manages everything on site to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks anddoes it with a great attitude and bubbly disposition,” Jason said.
“Marie has a strong relationship with our site client who trusts that she attends to queries accordingly and accurately. She also maintains the same relationship with fellow staff as well as the general public who visit the site.”
Marie has been working with Happsa for over 15 months and says that receiving the People Excellence Award has been a professional highlight for her.
“Happsa is different to other cleaning companies and workplaces,” says Marie.
“It’s a place where I’m able to not only ask for help, but to talk to my manager if I need to. Jason has helped a lot in the times I’ve needed”.
When Marie is not at work, she loves to spend time with her family and grandchildren.
