FOODBANK PARTNERSHIP – GOALS FOR HUNGER

Giving back to our community is a key objective of Happsa Group. We look to build real connections and partnerships with our community, clients, suppliers and like-minded organisations that extend beyond just financial support. 

Foodbank Victoria is the charity partner of the Western United Football Club, of which we are a commercial sponsor, and through this connection, we have developed a new initiative – Goals to Fight Hunger. 

In 2021/2022 Happsa Group, in partnership with Western United and Foodbank Victoria, united to put meals on the table for thousands of people in need across Victoria. 

The Goals to Fight Hunger initiative saw $200 donated by Happsa to Foodbank Victoria for every goal scored by Western United throughout the entire 2021/22 Isuzu Ute A-League Men season. Every goal kicked throughout the season creates 400 meals for vulnerable Victorians. ©Happsa Group – Corporate Social Responsibility Plan – V2 2021 

In 2022, Happsa donated $7,600 in 2022 to Foodbank Victoria, equating to 15,200 meals. 

In 2023, we Happsa donated $13,600 to Foodbank Victoria, equating to 27,200 meals.
