Happsa excels in Customer Service

Happsa has scored a highly recommended for customer satisfaction by independent body Australian Achiever Awards.

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers.

The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately, namely: time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, referral, and overall perception.

They have provided a great experience. Our relationship feels like a partnership. Nothing is too much trouble, and they have done everything we have asked for or needed. They always go out of their way for us. Margarita in particular provides a super speedy service and goes above and beyond; she is a real asset. They do what they can to keep costs down and maintain efficiency, even during the peak COVID period when other companies were raising their costs.

We are in the early stages of transition to Happsa Group services. We have appreciated the resources they have in place. They are prompt in communicating via emails and calls and are always on top of things.

 Happsa Group is a great cleaning business, they go above and beyond. They are very prompt in completing work including any additional work we request outside our contract. They provide an exceptional service at a very reasonable price.
