How long have you worked at Happsa?
I am new to Happsa and joined about 2 months ago.
Give us a brief overview of what you do for Happsa
I implement and manage Happsa’s IOT platforms and applications. I am responsible for training staff on the platforms and the end-to-end process of software implementation and maintenance.
What attracted you to work at Happsa?
I was a Business Manager for an integrated services business (cleaning and security) prior to this. I believe that Happsa has a strategic approach to technology and innovation and one that allows us to provide a quality of service that is second to none. Being a part of this strategy is what has attracted me to Happsa that, and the value that is placed on people.
What is the best thing about working at Happsa?
The best thing about Happsa is the people. They work together, work hard, and get things done. I feel that I am treated fairly and with respect. I am in an environment where I am learning and upgrading my skills.
How do you think you make a difference to Happsa and its clients?
I believe that through our technology and systems, I can make a difference in the customer experience, providing a seamless process for Happsa clients keeping them informed on our service delivery and giving them the confidence that their assets are clean and safe.
