Happsa held a lunch in the sunshine for staff to get together and check in.
Our compliance and operations teams have been running a safety campaign this month with frontline staff on the R U OK? theme as part of their toolbox meetings.
Happsa’s OH&S Compliance Manager Ray Dole said that it was important to support staff in having R U Ok? conversations.
“You don’t need to be an expert to have an R U OK? conversation. Listening and giving someone your time might be just what they need to help them through. “
“We are encouraging our staff to ask, listen with an open mind, encourage action and continue to check in,” Ray said.
