Indrajith Mudalige is the recipient of the March People Excellence Award. Described by his manager as being diligent with his work and always striving to do better, Indra is a valuable part of Happsa’s team.
Contract Manager, Peter says that Indra constantly seeks ways to do his job better with a minimum of fuss and a willing attitude.
“He is trained in the use of all the newer technology and machinery that we have introduced at various sites and is always willing to help train others in his team,” Peter said.
“He is involved in the final inspection and end of day clean of all areas within the buildings, we service and is entrusted to ensure all high standards are constantly met and maintained. He plays a big part in presenting and delivering our clients’ buildings at a premium level.”
