Dhal is our People Excellence Award recipient for September.
Working as a Team Leader at a busy site in Sydney’s CBD, Dhal is certainly kept active in his role.
He has been described as someone who has a can-do attitude and portrays exemplary leadership.
“Dhal has been a huge support to me when we recently transitioned into the Sydney sites,” said Happsa Client Services Manager, Sunny.
“We transitioned nine sites in Sydney recently and knowing that we had Dhal as our Team Leader at one of the busiest sites was a great relief.”
“His technical knowledge and understanding of cleaning industry and its requirements supersedes most other employees,” he said.
Dhal is from Nepal and loves soccer, spending time with family and friends.
He says that he loves working with Happsa and the support he gets from management.
