Sofia is the September People Excellence Award recipient.
With a passion for cleaning, her work and her team, Sofia is the face of Happsa at the site she works.
Her role is client-facing, and she ensures all requests are completed to the highest standard at the commercial CBD site she works at.
Client Relationship Manager George Spanos described her as someone who is attentive and cares about completing the task to a high standard with dedication and heaps of enthusiasm.
“Sofia drives the task with passion and enthusiasm which makes working with her very enjoyable,” said George.
Sofia says that some of the highlights of working at Happsa in the past year have been to work with management that really care about their team.
“I also was part of Happsa’s photo shoot and corporate video that was filmed this year and was a lot of fun.”
