Independent body Australian Achiever Awards has scored Happsa Group as highly recommended for customer satisfaction.

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers. The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately, namely: time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, overall perception and referral.

Happsa Group’s Managing Director Operations Harry Georgiou said that he was proud of the achievements of the team.

“To have an independent auditor scrutinise our customers service process and offering and receive a result like this is a great thing for our business. We pride ourselves on taking a proactive, responsive and collaborative approach to dealing with our customers and to have this validated is fantastic,” Harry said.

“The feedback from Australian Achievers is that our level of customer service is evident throughout all areas of our business from our administrative through to our frontline operations teams. Well done to our entire team.”
