Margarita leads the way

As one of the newer Happsa Group Team members, Margarita has already left an impression.

Receiving praise from our clients, the patrons of the shopping centre she works at, and Happsa Management and staff, Margarita is also one of the most humble.

She received the Happsa Group People Excellence Award  this month and was presented with a certificate and gift voucher.

Margarita says that she loves working for Happsa and would never consider leaving.

“Everyone from my site manager to the company owners, who come and see me very often, I can’t thank them enough for the opportunity – one that my family and I are very grateful,” Margarita said.

“I work in the food court, making customers feel happy. I make sure all plates and cutlery are returned to each food tenant and liaise with the general public with any enquiries they may have.”

“There is a great team environment and an amazing team which is led by Darren our Centre Manager.”

Centre Manager Darren said that Margarita has brought a fresh approach to the busy team.

“Leading from the front, Margarita’s commitment to her work, the centre and her friendly customer service has really been a fantastic asset.”

“Margarita always has a smile no matter the situation, and her willingness to go beyond is greatly appreciated by the centre management team,” Darren said.
