A 20-year veteran of the security industry, Ross says there is never a dull moment in his work day.
As a Security Client Services Manager at a busy CBD retail shopping centre, Ross says that his role supervising the onsite security, his team and working closely with centre management keeps him busy.
“The people make it a great place, the Centre Management team are like an extended family and are absolutely brilliant to work with,” he said.
Ross has been described by Happsa management as hard working and a great role model and leader with excellent customer service and security skills. He always goes above and beyond to assist and help people giving unwavering support to the centre and its patrons.
A self-confessed passionate Hawks and Liverpool supporter who collects rare comics and heavy metal records, Ross says his greatest achievement at Happsa was being promoted as Security Client Services Manager.
“Happsa have always gone above and beyond to make me feel, not just part of a company, but as family,” Ross said.
