Happsa has sponsored the Brotherhood of St Laurence’s (BSL) Sambell Oration 2022.
The event which took place earlier this evening, saw orators Aunty Pat Anderson AO and Professor Megan Davis, both of whom were instrumental in the creation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart in 2017, address how a Voice to Parliament can positively impact the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Happsa’s Managing Director Operations, Harry Georgiou said Happsa were proud to partner with BSL and support a Voice to Parliament for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
“We are a supporter of the Uluru Statement from the Heart and believe that a First Nations Voice to Parliament should be enshrined in the Australian Constitution,” Harry said.
