We are excited to announce the official endorsement of our second Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by Reconciliation Australia.
We officially begun our RAP journey in March 2019 with our first Reflect RAP becoming officially endorsed in July 2019.
Since then, we have worked tirelessly with our staff and partners to meet all the objectives we set out to achieve.
Despite reaching success in meeting all our objectives, we believe we have more work to do in the Reflect stage in order to progress to the Innovate RAP.
Happsa Group Managing Director Operations Harry Georgiou said that Happsa’s aim is to use the RAP as a vehicle and build upon on newly-formed partnerships to create innovative projects and alignments with these organisations.
“We believe that continuing on the Reflect RAP journey will allow us to re-start discussions and lay the foundations for these partnerships and projects”.
“Unfortunately, come of our events and partnership projects have stalled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we have managed to achieve some good outcomes and are planning more for the rest of the year,” Harry said.
Our aim is to complete a second Reflect RAP with a timeframe of July 2021 to December 2022.
A copy of our RAP can be found on Reconciliation Australia’s website at https://www.reconciliation.org.au/reconciliation-action-plans/who-has-a-rap/#who-has-rap-results
