Today is Harmony Day and Happsa celebrated with an International Food Festival.
This years’ theme is ‘everyone belongs”, and our team celebrated by bringing along dishes from their country of origin to share.
Harmony Day is the celebration that recognises diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds.
Happsa’s Managing Director Operations Harry Georgiou said that Happsa has a rich diversity of cultures.
“Our diverse workforce brings different perspectives, skills and mindsets to Happsa which help our team to grow and advance.”
“We aim to create a respectful, inclusive and safe workplace culture for our people,” Harry said.
Over half of Australians were born overseas or have at least one parent who was born overseas.
