This month’s People Excellence Award recipient is Lisa Foster.
Described as a fun and bubbly, full of life and a witty conversationalist, Lisa is a site supervisor at one of Happsa’s Educational sites in regional Victoria.
Happsa’s Client Relationship Manager Vinni Serovski has chosen Lisa because of the passion she has for her work, the commitment, and determination to make it happen.
“Lisa is the type of employee who does more than what’s expected and always goes over and above in her work.”
“As a supervisor, she stays on top of what is happening across all three sites which she manages and ensures we are on the front foot with our client. She adapts quickly to roster updates by ensuring scheduled tasks are completed through hard work and her ability to problem-solve and lead,” said Vinni.
