We are delighted to announce that Alicja, our dedicated Contract Support Manager, is this month’s recipient of the People Excellence Award.
As one of Happsa’s long standing employees, Alicja transferred to her new role, servicing Happsa’s single largest cleaning contract in June this year.
Described by her manager Irfan as someone who goes above and beyond by not only handling extensive documentation, compliance, and operational tasks but also providing crucial support to the contract and effectively managing complex systems and processes.
“Her effective oversight of the contract, safety, and training, along with her support to the team, highlights her significant contributions and dedication.
“I feel highly positive about Alicja and the work she does for Happsa. Her comprehensive management and unwavering support significantly contribute to our operational excellence and overall success, “said Irfan.
In her own words, Alicja reflects on her time at Happsa: “The support I received during challenging personal times has been incredibly meaningful. The owners’ understanding and flexibility were deeply appreciated. Additionally, being part of Happsa’s growth and development has been a privilege.”
Alicja’s notable achievements include setting up the Customer Service Department from scratch and her current role as Contract Support Manager, where she applies her extensive experience and continues to learn and grow daily.
