Cleaners Tarra Terrick and Faye Markopoulos are this months’ People Excellence Award recipients.
With a permanent staff member no longer returning due to family commitments overseas, both Tarra and Faye stepped up to fill the void. They completed extra hours, ensuring our client saw nothing but an effortless and smooth transition to the revised rosters onsite until a replacement cleaner could be found.
Contract Manager Peter Cosmas said he had chosen both Tarra and Faye for the award not only because of their efforts as individuals but how they have bound together to work through the resourcing challenges presented.
“Their desire to work through issues and delegate task between themselves, helped greatly with the co-ordination of the works required.”
