A veteran cleaner, Toni has worked in the cleaning industry for over 30 years.
As the first recipient of Happsa’s People Excellence Award for 2021, Toni says that she loves working with in her team.
“I am new to Happsa, having worked with the company for about three months but my transition was easy, and the managers are very accessible”, said Toni.
A mother to four children and grandmother to two, Toni says that she is happy to be still working full time at her age.
“In my job I maintain the floors, toilets and detail cleaning when needed. Our team work really well together, and I enjoy working with them”.
Toni’s manager describes her as hard working, someone who takes initiative and is very approachable to the patrons of the shopping centre in which she works.
